Summary: (What happened?)
Firstly someone was tased and HomeZ proceeded to jump on his body as seen in the first screenshot resulting in the tased persons death, he claimed to not know that jumping on a tased/sleeping person would kill them, he was then given an arrest warrant and was handcuffed, he then proceeded to run away from an SS who was trying to arrest him; I warned him to stop FailRP'ing to no response he just proceeded to run away.

I also recorded him running away and when I told him not to stand on the person but he did it anyway.
