Title of Suggestion:Allow eating/healing whilst in a car.

Description and why:
Because, it is quite simply, very annoying to stop and get out of your car as a driver or passenger just to eat a fish.

I do belive I've seen this suggestion before, but I still support this idea. How can you RP as a phat american cop without eating fastfood inside your policecar? :>
