It's just that a tiny part of newcomers reads the rules and follows them. If we all had the nerves and time, we could BR every second person we see on the server.

And those people are also the ones only using their microphone, running around with their physgun out, contrafarming, shooting to kill... should I continue?

80% of newcomers are registering here in forums
40% of them are getting Perma banned pretty soon enough
20% of them are browsing/using forums but not getting in details
10% are good forum users, which look in here very detailed
At least 5% are forum addicts, looking almost at EVERYTHING

And... where do you get these statistics?

Apperantly there has been an overhaul of the Guides section. I guess putting
"The Ultimate Guide" as title was a bit too self-praising?

Anyway, I've finished the guide. I'm open for ideas of improvement.
