GMOD13 Not loading

Whenever i join the server, it always stops at sending client info, and when i start a single player game it always stops at initializing world. Help?

Best is to redone load GMOD completely
Happened to me before And this is the only thing that actually helped

Ok, i saw that on the steam forums that gmod13 will not work on Windows XP at the moment, and i have XP.
To be honest, i think he should've kept it at 12.

I think Garry is now working on a patch to fix the freezes for XP, SP3 in specific.
