Japanese music really isn't my thing but the software itself sounds pretty cool. (Although £340 seems pretty expensive Tounge)
So is it similar to the Ejay software? I remember having a lot of fun with that when I was younger.

The way it works is that each sound-bank is about £170-£200 (Contains almost every phoneme ever-needed for a song (I have Vocaloid 2 and I have both the Miku Hatsune and the Luka Megurine banks) and some of them have English too (EG: Luka)

And it is kinda like Ejay; Except more complicated, But more rewarding.
