Summary: Multiple things by the user, including shooting at a vehicle, trampling on a tazed individual and generally failRPing. Earlier in the video he multiple RDM'ed however i have no video, but he does say in my video "I have 17 kills". He was killed on the road (in video) when my time was 110 hours, 17 minutes, and you can see at 18 minutes he is back with us when he shoots at the truck.
He also jumped onto the elevator and a minute later he comes back (refer to my game time) and gets demoted.
He then returns again a minute later as a fireman.
