Summary: I was undercover SS and just walked around, when suddenly i saw vipek at the roof of the garage ! I told him to get town several times but he didnt care ! He stands first in the tree, and then moves to the roof.

I don't know how many times I have to tell people... Just because you are an "animal" doesnt mean you can break the rules(unless an admin gave you permission to do something). He has already got banned before by toast for climbing on roofs.

Vipek has had 10 bans and continues to disregard the rules because he thinks the rules does not apply to him.

next ban after this will probably be perm.
