Summary: I was a cop, and saw a speeder, i decided to chase him with my cop car, to UM. After i had given the guy a fine. 2 Cops came. They propclimbed on top of my cop car and on the fence.

I was on the fence because i had to aim at the prop, i couldn't do that when being on the ground.
