Logout Doors, Items and Jobs

Hey, my friend that also plays on this server (and has played longer than me) told me that when you logout, all bought doors and items dropped on the floor are lost? And the job you have disappears?
I was wondering if this is true, I can understand about item drops disappearing, but losing the job and doors?
If I could get any confirmation/denial on this, and information about it.

The short answer is yes.

But to be exact, I think doors and props will remain owned by you for a short while after you've left.

U buy doors if u want a base... its not like u buy a door and u got it perma..

You can't buy the house itself, just the doors inside.

props disappear after like 2 mins
door become available too others right away but if you log back in they get given back (if not owned by some 1 else)
Buying all the door of like villa or an apartment means its yours but only till you log off
there is no permanent residence etc as there is ALOT of players
and same goes for jobs, people change jobs alot and there is limits on jobs
so there is no point is making it do you keep a job

Imagine how big the map would've been if all of those 18648 joined players bought a house.
