THE FEARLESS CONTRIBUTORS
Contributors, a program to help with development on Fearless.
What are contributors?
The Fearless Contributors are a group of volunteers who create and contribute custom scripts, models, skins, maps, and more to improve our CityRP gamemode. Their contributions become a permanent part of Fearless. Although contributors may sometimes be less experienced and make development mistakes, they are given the opportunity to learn and refine their skills over time. Contributors are expected to adhere to all established rules, and any violations will be addressed by Developers. Those who demonstrate exceptional skills and a positive attitude may be promoted to the Developer role, offering greater freedom and benefits.

As a token of appreciation, Contributors receive the Contributor Rank, which includes the following benefits:
- A unique icon in-game
- Increased prop limit (+10 props)
- Complimentary Donator status while on the team

Application Process
The duration of the application process may vary, as it is tailored to each candidate. If you lack a portfolio of previous work, we may assign tasks to gauge your skills. These tasks will gradually increase in difficulty to help you demonstrate your strengths and areas for improvement. Note that we do not offer basic programming or skill training—you should have a fundamental understanding of the relevant role before applying. However, we are happy to provide guidance and help you expand your knowledge throughout the application process and your time as a Contributor.
