THE FEARLESS CONTRIBUTORS
Contributors, a program to help with development on Fearless.
What are contributors?
The Fearless Contributors are volunteers contributing self-made scripts, models, skins, maps and more, in order to enhance our CityRP gamemode.
Their contribution will remain part of Fearless. Contributors may make more mistakes in terms of development, as they are often less experienced, but they can learn and improve their knowledge about development itself as they go. Of course the Fearless Contributors are expected to stay within all rules given. If a violation is present, Developers may take action. Contributors who show excellent attitude and ability may be promoted to Developer, which then grants much more freedom and benefits.

As a sign of appreciation, Contributors are awarded the Contributor Rank. The benefits of the Contributor Rank are:
- Icon in game.
- Prop limit increased by +10 props from current limit
- Free donator status for as long as you're on the team
- Dark blue coloured physgun in game.
- Access to Contributor Office on the forums.
- Access to the Contributor discord channel
- Developer support.
- Access to Fearless Development tools
- Potential payment for large projects
- Experience for the future.
Application Process
The application process varies in duration, but as of current, applicants are tailored towards the person who is applying. If there's a lack of previous work, we may decide to give you a few tasks. The tasks will become more difficult as the application proceeds to allow you to prove how much you know and show us your strengths and weaknesses. Please note, this is not a school and you will not be taught how to do these things. You are expected to already have some sort of knowledge before going forward with the application. We will however guide you through any questions you ask and explain any mistakes you have made to help you further your skills.
