French Correction for rule #2:

Vous ne pouvez définir le titre de votre métier comme "classés", car ce titre est ambiguë, et viole la règle numéro 1.

Fixed.

Here's an Irish translation (might not be accurate since I got it from Google's shitty translator):
# 1 : "Ní mór do teidil post Chustaim a lua go cruinn cén charachtar i gceist agat a rólghlacadh Ní féidir leat rólghlacadh carachtar éagsúil sin a luaitear ag do teideal an phoist , agus ní féidir leat athrú teideal an phoist aon uair is mian leat a dhéanamh dul timpeall seo agus rólghlacadh a sheachaint . . "

# 2 : " Ní féidir leat a leagtar do teideal an phoist mar" rangaithe " , nó a leithéid , mar go bhfuil sé débhríoch agus a sháraíonn riail # 1 . "

If you don't speak the language yourself and are going to post the 'translation' don't even bother..

This is the Portugues version (and yes im portugues not google tradutor)

I have a question regarding conflict, does this now affect undercover cops that are citizens? As I believe in the Q&A it states that you can be an undercover cop with the job citizen, does this now mean that you are no longer able to do this?

I'm guessing you can still be undercover cop as citizen, but you have to state it in your job and pray that the people you're spying on won't metagame.

Smex, I don't see how these rules conflicts that at all? As long as your job title states what you are, then it should be fine?

As in your job remains as citizen but you infact are a undercover cop
