Summary: Well, Wapa got his car stolen and his house raided. He got abit pisst off about it and feld the need to use a hard language. I warned him first as Blurr did to stop swearing but he kept on going after the raid.
If my opinion counts, i would like him blacklisted. I do not see him banned. He just need some quiet time to calm down in.

I vouch for Bowie, This is true and he kept on going on, wapa pa was swearing for a ages and not only for his vehicle but he was swearing on OOC because he lost his place a president.
