Having accounts deleted messes up the ID's, but I see it must of happened in the past.
E.G http://www.fearlessrp.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=7998 - We currently have 5,340 members registered.

I would try contacting Nudelholz or Soul about that, I'm guessing they can delete it.
