The word "innego" is a form of "inny".
It means the same, we just use it in different forms to get the sentence correct.
for example:
"Innego dnia" - which means the other day. This sentence is correct.
but "Inny dnia" - This is incorrect.
Just some Polish grammar, I hope I described it as best as I could, I'm not a Polish teacher, I hope I explained it well lOl
And for the commas, It's a Polish grammar rule
for example:
You put commas before: który, aby , kiedy , ponieważ , że
You don't put commas before : lub, albo , bo , i , oraz
