Title of Suggestion: Replace the radio transmit sound effect
Description
Not sure if this is possible but I myself much prefer the UK radio transmit sound effect. Do it only for the police but I think it will be better as this sound.

Why?
I just feel like it's a better radio sound effect then the one we have currently. A small minor change but one I think is cool to have.
