This dude almost rammed me so i forced him out of the car to tell him to not do that again and he decides to break fear rp and shoots me.

3.4a You cannot attack or draw a weapon on a person who has a gun pointed at you (as well as a stun gun or melee weapon at striking distance). states i cannot draw a gun when a weapon is pointed it at me, it was not pointed at me in the moment I drew therefore I am innocent; thank you and any questions?

As you see in the video i shake my head left and right. If your life is still at risk you should pull a an wepon. even if I'm not directly looking at you you cannot pull out an weapon because there is an too high risk
