Summary of the incident
Hate to post another PR at the same time as the previous one but this guy is just on a prop kill rampage at the moment. He also CDM'd about 5 or 6 people before this and then changed to VP and demoted me and the other police. 

Dae (STEAM_0:1:176979482) was also following him around as SRU and releasing Karenjacker whenever we managed to get him cuffed, evidence of his will follow ASAP.
