As a roleplay veteran, I have experienced all these things that you have mentioned within your complaint about those pesky mingebags. The only suitable course of action is to equip 5 rifle ammo and an M4 assault rifle from your inventory, point the weapon at the suspect mingebag and hold left click until Mr. Minge turns into a ragdoll, then recommence high quality roleplay.
