Summary of the incident
jneedham was a corleone with a custom job as 'Logistics Manager'. Despite this custom job, he was contrabasing (FailRP).
I was a burglar and ended up burgling his unlocked, unguarded building. After I left, he blatantly CDMed me. I was leaving his building and he (knowing I had just stolen his contraband) had raced back and swerved well off the road to hit me. The video below speaks for itself.
It is worth noting that I asked him for an explanation afterwards, which he ignored. Had this been an accident, which it clearly wasnt, he would have said so. It was only when I gave him notice of this PR, 20 minutes later, that he replied that he 'lagged' and insulted me. Screenshot above.
So he has committed FailRP and CDM.
