Summary: This guy spent almost an hour fucking around, every time we try to arrest him, he jumps in a chair and tries to run off when we are busy trying to write. For the record there were several other cases than the two show in the pictures.

We had reason at both incidents. I guess shooting at a chef, or refusing arrest is such baaad reasons? Come on. And to have your gundealer friend carry you around in that chair? Please. I hope you know were you went wrong. You didnt even try to RP any of the situations. You did not react to fearRP..

I have to say after looking at all the evidence it has no real good evidence of him freak en around when you guys are trying to arrest him.
