Summary of the incident
A guy has guns pointed at him and was cop baiting all day and has RDM'd previously. - No evidence for this part but it gives some context.
Anyway, he tries to remove a clamp from his vehicle to which I and another officer respond. We point guns and then he breaks FearRP. We kill him.
He has no intention to RP and consistently disconnects to avoid RP situations.
I did try to get a hold of the 3 staff in game using /pm and @ to which I received no reply despite me stating I had video evidence.
So here's my report + evidence.

Edit: Sorry my mic isn't working in the video I have fixed the issue since. However, I still believe the video shows enough evidence for a report.
