Summary of the incident
So I was killed in crossfire between police and thugs, and then I respawned and walked around to wait out my NLR and the accused came at me with his gun, shot me in the head, which did 40 hp and I asked him why and he proceeded to take out a hostage rope and tie me up, in public, for no reason 

(I will record next time, but i had just joined so i wasnt able to set it up)

Lol it shows him tying me up and if admins check logs it would say he damaged me 40hp, you also see it in the bottom right corner where u see hp
