Summary of the incident
Both RDM'd an Officer for no reason what so ever.

Later, they tried to RDM a guy in his vehicle, but failed.

alright. It’s probably due to my render settings, I’ll try and re-render with higher quality and I’ll post back with anything I gathered.

Edit:

Alright, heres what I gathered. Both of their names are Lucas Simms ingane, devil ran past me in the video (as you can see) and FINDUS hopped in the driver seat. The owner of the vehicle is 187, which, at the time, was FINDUS's ID.
