Summary of the incident
User had rammed into me earlier, and I was going to RP as a citizen who is upset about a hit and run. He was being chased by the cops, and once I had caught up to them later, he hit me again, before spinning out and trying to turn around leading to his vehicle being destroyed by an officer, after breaking FearRP the first time. Later, he was tased, and cuffed, and when I went up to the officer to "make sure he gets any insurance info off him", he started running while the officer was typing out the warrant, and continued. He was tased again, and after he got up, he started running again as the officer was trying to baton them. In total, 3 instances FearRP.
