Summary of the incident
Dimitris took Omegas video and edited it and reuploaded it for his own personal use.
Forums rule 5e;

"5e Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, crackz, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed."

He's been doing exactly this a few times and he has recieved lenient warnings for this but he never seems to learn. Omega uploaded the video only to be used by himself and nobody else. It's typical Dimitris to use other people's footage.

Taxi previously contacted the former SA Fultz after the second thread was concluded and he said that the admin contacted him and that Dimitris recieved a warning for stealing his material.

Dimitris has violated Forum Rule 5e.

Whilst it may of been excused for another situation you have received multiple warnings and you edited the video for your own use

Lies, I was warned once and when I questioned Red Panda he never told me what exactly I did was against the rules.

Whilst I appreciate you want to be let off I have shown 2 threads were you received warnings, just because a staff member excuses another situation does not mean he should excuse someone who has already been warned before.

Hi Aspire,

Thank you for your report on Dimitris regarding use of copyrighted material on the forums. I have also looked through the two links of previous threads and the other time that Dimitris was given a warning regarding this matter.

This is a valid case (and the original video was flagged by YouTube in this instance, which also contributes to this).
I am going to issue Dimitris with a last warning regarding the usage of material, and to please ask the original copyright holder for use of the content before re-posting or reusing in any circumstance on the forums or other services, in fact.

I admit that the rule does need some clarification and there are certain grey areas that need clearing up regarding this, so I will work with the team to ensure this is sorted, and this is why I am not going to issue any actionable punishment due to this case.
