Summary of the incident

Hello, I'm making this report because of rulebreak it is not personal but was disappointing to see at least ,



The thing that occured is the player John Jong decided to spam racial abuse and to exploit the dispatch system in order to do more damage while spamming.

(maybe a attempt to hide from admin too, as when admin joined police after other players reported it, he stopped)



The reason I say exploit is because the way he is spamming wouldn't be possible to take up half the whole computer screen if he wasn't in disptach, and he must've known this as he started spamming the second he joined.



The reason he did this I think is because immeditely before there was posts made on the forum about community future and that pastebin document, I haven't seen this player break rules before so it seems he has read this stuff got upset and gone to do some rule breaking which just insn't appropriate or mature.



The next thing he did was change his name to have FL admin tags with some discriminatory name meantioning divey that I can't remember,

You can see in the last one lot of people must've reported but no action I suppose they were fed up of seeing it by then.



So he did it alot more than I've shown. I've ony put it down a few times but How many times he did it is about 9-10 so it wasn't a accident, I took a screenshot on most the times which you can check out below.

Having [FL] tags in ur name isnt a rule break, and neither is insulting divey which I never did.

I don't know if you 'racism was allowed at this point' is in response to my PR, because I didn't report for racism. This is because of Spamming. Which happened to be racial. and, significant spamming at that.

In which it seemed alot of random players were uncomfortable by looking at the OOC chats.

Yes, he broke fearRP against me today as police aswell.
I imagine it's because he knows he's on last chance ban(as I've been told) so he probably saw this PR and looks like he's jumped on straight away to slight on as many rules possible before.

Back to person in question what he done was extremely failRP, abusing his job role. In which he joined purely to carry out the seen racist actions. With no roleplay reasoning or RP attempts behind his actions
