Summary of the incident
All 3 named have been minging, the two cops were constantly tazing the other civlian *Their friend* even tazed and rdmed me, they have been doing more to disrupt the server but at the moment this is the only proof I have. Will upload and keep posting PR's as I find more.

Hey Flame,

I have reviewed the provided evidence and came to a verdict.

Ciaren has been banned because of a Last chance violation according to the Last chance policy. I have been lenient on this because the issue date for your last chance was a year ago and therefore I decided to not issue a permanent suspension.

Cow has been given a blacklist from Police Officer because of the police tool abuse.

Billy has not been seen breaking any rules. He was only hanging aroun with the other two. If I missed something on this then feel free to contact me.
