Ryan to Administrator

Not trying to be a white knight or anything, but I honestly haven’t seen these bad sides from Ryan. The last time I was on he was the only staff out of three others who responded and actually helped me out, however I don’t come on too often so I haven’t had many interactions with him during his trial time.

I don't care if I didn't make it to admin or trial admin, in fact I'm glad as I'd rather not be on the same team as Ryan, who carries on the torch of immaturity that you used to carry.

He kinda do be making a completely valid arugment doe. There is a reason why it took him almost half a year to get to TA last time and why he wasn't promoted to this rank previously.

As someone who did not support Ryan in his original trial - He personally has proven to have worked towards my prior criticism and has ended up being a staff member who has genuinely WORKED to get to this role, rather than had it handed to them - Congratulations Ryan! Excited to see your potential prosper.
