Stop for a moment and reflect; what do you think a new player that just joined the server wants to do when he joins? He has been waiting a long time for the loading screen and his expectations are most likely high. What does FL do to the new player? He spawns in as unemployed and has around 5 options in the F1 menu. He can become a gundealer, Paramedic, Doctor, Mechanic or security guard.

It is THESE jobs that needs attention, it is THESE jobs that needs to be improved.
They need proper structuring based on the inventory system, the merchant jobs are getting 1/10 of the traffic they could be getting and it IS a problem that needs to be properly addressed and discussed by people who have the power to make change. You cannot simply make up your mind on these matters in a few hours, they need to be looked at more in-depth and figure out what changes can be made.
