Cinema 4D is too pricey for what little it does in comparison...

I'd honestly recommend anything other than that as there is no industry standard.

I'm not dumb, and there are better ways to acquire it than that.
Legally, I'm not gonna bust my ass out there when I get caught working with an illegal copy, and no-one in the industry uses it currently unlike 3ds Max or Maya, which I feel is too bulky and not cross platform enough.

Plus I dig open source.
