Summary of the incident
I was driving my car with one broken wheel towards the repair station to repair it.
On the road was an abandoned/exploded/broken (I couldn't make out what it is) police vehicle, so I decided to slowly go around it.
While doing so, Vesimenooli, who was at that time dealing with another player, just turned around and shot at me, with no
command whatsoever given prior. He then proceeded to fine me 2k for recklessly driving, which I happily declined.
Following this, he arrested me for:
A chase never happened. No police officer tried to pull me over whatsoever (and quite a few even passed me while I was struggling to
drive up cliffside with one broken wheel, still none did make any attempt to pull me over)
I also cannot really make up anything from his description that may indicate that he is corrupt.
