Summary: He was shooting at somebody so i shot back until i got him to stop. (I was the police commander btw). Anyways, once i got him to stop i handcuffed him. then he kept running away (breaking FearRP), i tased him and warned him multiple times, but he didn't stop. He then bribed me to step on his tased body presumably to get out of jail.
Evidence: Since I don't know how to record demos, i don't have proof of the FearRP breaking, but I can prove the bribery (which i think is a bigger deal) http://i.imgur.com/JLoaW.jpg
