He didnt listen for some time and didnt answer me either so i talked with the other officer and he said "its a roadblock" then i told them that if they wanna make that dont do it in the middel of the road since it never really belongs there its always in the side of the road. After that they removed everything and didnt speak to me again
Yea, for the most part when there is no proper reason. There was no pursuit that justified the need of spike strips in the first place, especally for the time frame of nearly 30 minutes.
