Summary: He made some kinda "Parachute" something that was flying around, it could kill people if you got too close it also pushed a tides truck a little.. I dunno, so i think you could call it, Propsurfing, Propkilling, minor proppush.

hehe it actually does float properly i was just lifting people up in it for a ride
it is a gentle float down and usually dosent kill anyone but this guy right here has to jump infront of it as it is going down the road
