Just another reason why FL is where it is.

Maybe, if these certain people had dodgy internet, their behaviour would improve.

Not to mention the abuse, to make sure his Casino is always allowed and to be the centre of the server.

In all fairness i like them all because it doesnt bother me what they do, but when i go into the state of mind of caring about FL, and im seeing shit like this its like why should i care when they so clearly dont.

Ill be honest, Soul is the root of the issues, his lack of passion and drive allows the team to run riot, and he doesnt pay the dev team, i understand all this.

But then, respect for respect, we have a certain someone showing how mature they are and why they are in a staff position.

Like Forgee clearly doesnt care, so why should we give anything of you anything.

I’ve tried pushing for transparency as a contrib, and I’ll continue to try as a developer. I’m here to develop because I find it rewarding and I learn a lot from it, but there is such neglect stemming from Soul, and no real leadership elsewhere. If there’s no passion from the leadership, then it’s only a matter of time until that’s reflected on the rest of the team.

SA's where given nearly full power so they can continue to lead FL while Soul is away. However, no-one who has been SA's nor currently is knows fuck all about how to manage a team or what is needed for FL.

Management let developers choose what they want to develop and are too scared of developers walking out.


Yes, Soul is doing sweet fuck all but that does not mean he should be used as an scapegoat by the team to justify this shitty management over FL right now.

As mentioned in second post, leadership as a whole is really non existent from what (albeit little compared to others) I’ve seen. Soul is the root of issues but not the only person with blame here (with that said, why should others be passionate if the owner isn’t)
Transparency is needed, and the team needs some guidance and real leadership, again, just imo..
