Perhaps it's time for there to be a larger SA team. As I remember it, when the responsibilities where split up between 3 SAs things were done quicker and more efficiently as each SA had their own area to focus on.

And maybe add mining or woodchopping?  basically more ways to Passive RP. Let's try and bring back the times where the entire main Street was filled of passive rp.

Let's add some more RPP controlled items, and hand out more.
Give and insentive for people to start getting RPPs, add things at like 3, 5 RPPs, rather than that jump from 1 to 10.

Let's recruit a larger staff team to deal with the rule breakers and as a forum report doesn't resolve an on going rp issue .

Yeah... no. You want FL to become L L? Go play there and chop woods. People will focus more on making money than roleplaying and raiding, I was there.

Larger staff team is a bad idea, it's quantity over quality, there needs to be a reform in the staff team.

RPPs has barely any meaning and you still want to give out more? You can be a huge a minge, lack knowledge of the rules, and not a good roleplayer and still be given RPPs. Just go on the server and press Tab and look out for players with questionable RPPs. Most of them just join someone's RP and do dogshit and and still be given an RPP out of giver's generosity, it's like they give them RPPs so they won't feel bad about giving it to others but not them. I don't want them to have access to any items, that requires RPPs for a reason.
