A few noticeable points that could be of some relevance.Fl has had 75 slots for a few years now and one of your suggestions is to lower the slots so the server seems full? If the server used to get full and now it is not there is something wrong and the solution is not to lower the server capacity.
1) A relatively small staff team, so there's not enough nurturing of new players in order to keep them interested, active, etc?
2) Playercounts rise when there is a buzz of a new feature, map, etc, except there's no real roadmap planned out for updates that could attract a lot of attention, therefore this is a bit hit and miss.
3) Some people are extremely toxic on the forums/in game and personally I think it makes the community look quite unappealing, as well as it pushes some people away.
4) 75 slots is too much in my opinion. The server always seems more dead than it is, and when you reach a certain point, with cars placed down, etc., the server becomes an extremely laggy mess. I doubt they'd re-lower the limit but it should be a consideration.
I'm also genuinely curious as to what others think, and if there's any suggestions that I could work on or help towards, that'd be even better - I do miss the days of when FL had 3 servers, 50 slots a piece, and they'd be full.
