Title of Suggestion: Change the SRU Van...

Description
Change the SRU van back to its old state.
Why?
Because there is no use for the SRU van now. Its slow and can be damaged. Just change it back to not taking any damage from weapons exept the breaches. No point in gathering 5RPP and spending 50k on a Vehicle that's just slow.
