Summary of the incident
Right. This is a long one because this series of incidents went on from about 1AM to 4AM, but I stole all the most relevant footage down to under 30 minutes. As well as the PR he issued recently.
#1 - Metagaming, Mr Turtle was Metagaming the whole time and while you may counter argue that you didn't act with the information you got from Metagaming, you did.
"Metagaming is when you use Out-Of-Character (OOC) information In-Character (IC). What happens IC should stay IC, and anything OOC is not relevant to IC roleplay. You also cannot use IC information obtained from OOC sources, such as the scoreboard, which displays IC information such as jobs and character names."
The game mode specifically disables PMing in jail but Turtle circumvented this with discord or other voice chat outside of the game.
#2 - Insulting in player report, as you can see he kept insulting us and even after being notified about it, he kept insulting us. It breaks the PR rule number 4:
4. Try and keep your comments short, informative and avoid using strong language.
As well as the forum rule:
2d.) Do not insult forum members or staff members. If you do so, you may face a forum warning or suspension.
And as he kept doing it even after being notified, he should definitely recieve at least a warning.
#3 - The whole PR that I linked breaks this BR rule:
9. Player reports should only include one situation, unless the report is focused on one individual player.
#4 - @18:33 You admitted to powergaming "i switched jobs because of the dispute earlier", powergaming to help your friend Miku and protect her casino. You acted as a bodyguard for the casino for the whole time you were president, even when no SRU or police were present you kept guarding the store. I will reference the rules broken now:
2.5 Powergaming is not allowed, meaning you can't force people into situations, always try to do something, such as '/me tries to snap his arm' instead of '/me snaps his arm'.
Also do not abuse something that gives you an advantage, such as changing jobs to buy something for yourself or switching jobs with the sole purpose of joining a raid.
6.3 As a President, you are a very important person and therefore your life is of high priority, so stay out of dangerous situations (i.e, inspecting a crime scene or going outside without security).
You changed jobs for the sole purpose of protecting the casino and your friend.
#5 - Lying in courthouse,
"Now, previous to this happening, we had a different president. Magnus took VP, set the tax to 40 without asking the president, and told his friend SiRNÆRC to kill the president so he could take pres."
This is COMPLETELY false as logs can easily prove, I didn't kill the president then take his job. The VP disconnected (I believe) and the job opened up. You're lying in courthouse to slander my name.
I've compiled five rule breakages which certainly justifies some for of punishment. I would let it slide if it was one of the five however this extensive rule breakage behavior won't work on Fearless RP, my home, my darling and my family. Give the man something to think about before he goes and breaks more rules...
Also additionally he was failRPing the whole time as SRU Sergeant. As you can see in the video, he clearly is doing some sort of "Turtle RP" as you can see with the shield on his back. This is obviously on purpose as his name is... You know.
I allow Magnus and Joshua to post their experience of the rule breakage of I didn't do it well enough as they're involved in this as well.
