Summary of the incident
Right. This is a long one because this series of incidents went on from about 1AM to 4AM, but I edited all the most relevant footage down to under 30 minutes.

I'll describe some of what happened but I think it's best if you review the footage that I've uploaded to YouTube for evidence.
The situation started off fine. Miku and I were running a casino, all was going well. Magnus decided to come into our store and start playing the corrupt cop role. Fine, I guess. Not breaking the rules.

Now, previous to this happening, we had a different president. Magnus took VP, set the tax to 40 without asking the president, and told his friend SiRNÆRC to kill the president so he could take pres. Obviously I don't have access to their direct messages, but looking at the logs it should be pretty clear what went down. That was metagame #1. Magnus then secured the role of Police Sergeant which takes us to the present, or the start of the video.

Metagame #2: Magnus came into our casino and started harassing us about buying a store license, of which there was no law for. He obviously realized this and messaged his new President friend, who prompty added a law stating "ALL LICENCES ARE $2,000". Metagame #2. On top of that, the laws clearly don't state anything about needing a license to run a shop / casino, but he ignores this and continues to harass us about buying a casino license which we legally don't need.

Magnus then decides to arrest me for no reason. Of course, we requested the president demote him for being corrupt- but he conveniently didn't respond to this request because they're working together. Great. Magnus then decides to spam the chat and arrest me.

I serve my time, my sentence runs out and I return to the casino. Magnus promptly re-arrests me for a vague / invalid reason. The rest of Magnus's stupidity includes failing to heed orders from his superiors, earraping, micspamming, and targeted arresting for OOC reasons. He also briefly tries to get the casino shut down because he clearly doesn't like the owner.

Joshua can be seen disobeying and ignoring orders from superiors, again for OOC reasons, and just like SiRNÆRC can also be seen on magnus' friends list, so it's pretty clear they're metagaming together. Joshua also decides to misuse his concussion grenade and concuss multiple police officers, SRU officers, the vice president, the president AND citizens. Completely inexcusable. He also misuses his taser on a citizen who is not committing any offenses or resisting arrest in any way.

I'll let the footage speak for itself. Feel free to contact any of the witnesses seen in the video, I'm sure they're all fed up with the behaviour of these players and would love to give you extra information about them.

Sorry for the length of the video, but again, there was just so much stuff that these guys got wrong. It took an excessive amount of time to edit all the footage down to less than half an hour, but it's well worth it if it stops these complete idiots from breaking the rules like this again.

wrong, i didnt ask anyone to set tax to 40%. in fact i did this myself. (Lying in courthouse) im allowed as both vp and president to set the tax. i deny accusations of metagaming as this is false. more often than not i set tax to 40% as this makes being a president more fun as well as more fun for officers / sru

as for the licence metagaming, the previous president  had laws about licences (old laws remain from old president). i only edited it by removing weed is illegal and made the laws less complicating by setting all licences to 2k

you can't assume there was metagaming cus they're on my friends list. i have a lot of ppl on friend list.

Disobeying superiors orders could be resolved IC by reporting it to the President or VP. I was also corrupt as it said in my description, therefore it gives me more freedome to "disobey orders" The argument that Narc would not demote us wouldn't work because he was an officer / police sergeant. I believe Turtle was president at the time and he could've demoted all three of us if he wanted to. Please specify what the OOC reasons were for me to disobey orders? I accidentally threw a concussion grenade as I don't usually roleplay as SRU I did not abuse the tazer, I was partnered with Magnus and we were capturing criminals. If another officer tells someone to stop moving and he runs away I am allowed to jump in to assist the other officer. You called us "complete idiots" which is incredibly inappropriate for a player report and you're insulting us. We didn't try to shut down the casino but you overheard when we suggested to the current president to do so as a lot of problems had occured at the casino. I would like to add Miku was metagaming by kicking us out earlier because she obviously hated us. If I'm not mistaken Magnus had just rejoined and died several times before returning and she metagamed and did not want him inside the casino. When confronted she said something like, "You look like someone I don't want in here". Clearly metagaming.

Sirnarc- I know you set the tax to 40 yourself, that's what I said. Watch the video, you clearly set the licenses to be 2k once our dispute started and magnus went afk for a second. What a coincidence. I'm not assuming that you're metagaming because you have each other friended, I'm assuming you're metagaming because the coincidences stack up overwhelmingly against you. Don't act dumb.

Magnus- I was called to the bank because you were causing issues there. I'm not here to PR Lime, if you have a problem with him make your own PR. Additionally, I stick to what I said in my post, even if unprofessional. You're all idiots and you ruined the experience for many people last night, especially you.

Joshua- You "accidentally" pressed 3 multiple times, clicked, aimed at the ground, and threw your concuss all while people happened to be being too loud, and then laughed about it afterwards? You can't be serious.

getting your story mixed up, you obviously don't know what you're doing. this is lying in courthouse and against the rules. this whole PR is just speculations to try to get us banned because you got pissed at one of the accused
