I'd like to say though, even without this, I've been able to set up a bounty hunter roleplay with inspiration I got while playing Red Dead Redemption 2.
After making someone wanted, you can then put the details of their wanted status in the laws, along with the reward and whether they're wanted alive or dead.
Additionally you can make use of the traffic signs to put up the details of bounties. A bounty board essentially.
