Sorry for the delay but thank you for bringing your appeal to our attention. Myself and the team will be looking into this situation in coming days and bring you an outcome. But before all that you mention how you have matured more something which could be seen as quite subjective, both parties involved were as much to fault as each other. What both of you done was wrong however the details will not be discussed here. What I want to know is how you feel that you have 'matured' and how do we as a team know something similar wont happen like this again?
