I disagree. I think at this point in time the only people that would bother coming are the people that would actually be interested to play on the server.

Banned people that are interested in playing on the server are completely free to post an unban request on the forums.

The first banwipe was a mistake the staff team isn't gonna repeat, just get it out of your heads..

No more ban wipes please, people who want unbanned, should post an unban request. The people that only want a ban wipe are people who are banned or people who want their friend unbanned.

It promotes gambling from a young age. Users can spend legal tender currency to buy money packs (credit) in order to gamble illegally if they are under 18/21 depending on jurisdiction and fearless does not operate as a betting house, but as a charity.

Except that there is no real currency being spent

> buy moneypacks for ingame money in order to gamble
> this could lead to gambling addictions, especially for those under 18 that are betting
> kids keep putting real life money into the server for an in game currency to gamble with

there is real currency being spent, it is real gambling.

Casinos should:
  • Have a max bet price of 50k
  • Rules added such as: /dice MUST be used on blackjack, dealer and gambler must be 18
  • Only a single casino down daily - for a set period of time. This could be dealt with by people who are whitelisted.
  • Whitelists for casino owners. Only 3-4 community members allowed to run casinos.
Or if you aren't going to do atleast a few of those things just ban them all together.
People are developing gambling addictions that will translate to real life.

Thank god i dont bet/ get addicted.

Therefore we don't want any opinions about staff activity as it's a recognised issue and we're in the process of fixing it.

Until something is done about it, as in something that works to get staff back playing and encouraging roleplay and administrating the forums.

I dont see the problem with us giving our opinion, seems to me that people dont like the truth.

I mean being perfectly honest I don't see how people saying "staff are inactive" will help them at all. It's also difficult for anyone outside of the team to come up with suggestions on how to fix this issue, as you quite simply don't know what is going on behind closed doors.

I do agree that maybe more open follow up questions could have been asked to let people provide their own opinion, maybe even an open question at the end where people are free to voice any further suggestions they have.

Well they are too arrogant and too inconsiderate to just start playing off their own back, so people have voiced their opinion.

I mean you went on strike as a developer, so why cant we voice our opinion. Atleast, we arent boycotting the server.

I mean hey, if you want to feel like you're actually doing something useful then by all means continue trying to "voice your opinion". The truth is it'll likely be more useful if you instead shout into a brick wall, as that way you're not wasting the teams time by telling them something that they know and are already acting upon. It's a bit ironic how you call them the "arrogant" and "inconsiderate" while you think that telling them "omgg staff are inactive!!!" will help in the slightest? At least the dev strike helped massively improve the Development team, not too sure why on earth you even mentioned that though. If you don't actually know anything that is or was going on, don't try to pretend you do as in the end you're just going to confuse yourself more.

It was actually painful trying to deconstruct what you're trying to say there, like what's the entire last sentence? How is that related? Feels like i'm trying to read Arny's code (i'm kidding Arny <3).
