Summary of the incident
Player walked up to me in Aly's casino which a lot of people were in (small general store 1), pulled out a shotgun told me to walk outside so I did walk outside, I was complying with him, he was confronted by nick saying that waluskk was breaking the rules then he shot me with his shotgun which killed me nearly immediately.

I fully agree with your player report and now i know that i broke a rule.
I did it because of your behaviour that is complete... trash.
You got almost 30 blacklists on your account, had an confrontation with me (and NoidZ), that could end bad but we agreed. You are truck driver that runs over people and police officers so i think my situation had a reason why i shot you and i also know that it didn't really affect you, so i didn't find a reason to post PR on me. I saw a lot of accidents with you and your CDMing truck, so don't try lying here that you didn't do anything.

Hope to not get very long blacklist or ban because i recently bought donator (and i winter school break so i can play now)

I would just like to refer to the fact that I did not run anyone over the reason you shot me was because I accidentally hit your vehicle at a slow speed whiles I was parking my truck.
the only time I had killed someone with my truck that day is when he was swerving in and out of lanes at a high speed and he crashed into the front of my truck whilst I was in the correct lane of traffic waiting for a green light and at that point I still got out to try and see if I could give medical treatment to the person.

Also I would like to point out that previous blacklists do not mean that I do not have an intent to roleplay as anyone who knows me on the server could very well confirm that I have the best intentions and attempt to passively roleplay the best I can.

Also the fact that you said I almost have 30 blacklists you have not taken into consideration that a lot of them are just multiple from a singular incident and a few are incorrect and I just haven't had the evidence or time to dispute them as I never use to record until recently.
