I was there when he spoke in OOC, I feel this is pretty self explanitory,

He seems to be returning on his multiple accounts. He is trying to crash the server and asking me to say sorry for him to stop in OOC. He even offered me money to say sorry. It seems like he's going to keep going until he gets all his accounts banned.
