The History

El Paco De Tori is an association of manufacturers, suppliers and soldiers with the purpose of supplying Evo City with munitions and firepower legal and illegal. They operate similarly to a mafia family but with a cartel twist. The ultimate goal of the El Paco is to weaken and destroy the corrupt political government. El Paco views democratic societies as tools that the rich and powerful use to keep the majority of humanity in a state of constant irresponsibility and ignorance.

El Paco involve themselves in many illegal activities ranging from Money Printing, Distribution of Firearms and Munitions as well as Production and Distribution of Black market materials and items.

All able-bodied males become are picked to fight for El Paco with a singular purpose: to fight for El Jefe until they fall in battle. At the end of the day, all members remain as disposable human tools that are discarded the moment they stop fulfilling their duty. Contrary to expectations, experience and veterancy has no bearing on one's position in El Paco

Women are given the role of, essentially, support corps. El Jefe specifically forbids women from fighting, instead using them as caretakers and breeders to support the El Pacos campaign of expansion.

The Rules:

1. Government officials are foe not friends.

2. The use of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited.

3. Must always be available to help another brother.

4. Appointments must absolutely be respected.

5. Respect everyone within the clan, we are on the same team.

6. Fight fair, never fight an unarmed man.

7. Loyalty is key, if you cannot be loyal to El Paco this simply won’t do.

8. Feminism and Veganism are not tolerated under any circumstances.

9. Three strike system, you get three and you are out. A strike can be obtained by. (Breaking the rules or Breaking the server rules)

10. Never surrender, if you get captured you are no good to us. Minimises the chances of enemies gathering information of us.

Each new member has a one month probation period, within that the 3 strike system does not apply. Therefore if we feel like you are not fit for the clan or if you do something that violates our rules your membership within the clan will be terminated. You will then be blacklisted from rejoining the clan for a week. After a week has passed you may then re apply for another chance. This gives us more flexibility to allow users who don't quite yet for fill the requirements listed below. The reason for doing this is to allow more types of users in, we don't believe that we should restrict players when they show good potential.

The Ranks:

Unlike an Army, members are not organized by rank but by direct combat experience. The most inexperienced of them, Pilgrims and Greenhorns.

El Jefe:

The Boss, the man with all the power. Calls all the shots, his word is final anyone who goes against his word is to be seen as a traitor to the organisation. His role is much like a CEO in a company.

El Capitan:

The right hand man of El Jefe. His role is to make important decisions within the clan. The Legend is greatly respected and widely feared by their subordinates.

The Legend:

The Legend is third in command to El Jefe. His role is to hand pick members from the lower ranks for promotion if they see them fit enough for the role.

Gunslinger:

The Gunslinger is greatly experienced in combat and holds the rank of a junior officer. He is responsible for keeping the members in line and keeping the morale up when times are tough.

Bandito:

The Bandito is elevation an in the chain of command from the Greenhorn. Bandito is given slightly more responsibility within the organisation, similar to sergeant in a military unit.

Greenhorn:

A Greenhorn is a term used in El Paco for an inexperienced or younger member that hasn't seen much action but has been selected by the El Capitan for a promotion. After your application has been accepted and you match the requirements you will get this rank by default.

Pilgrim:

A Pilgrim is the first level of El Paco. In order to gain a promotion to the rank of Greenhorn The Pilgrim must prove himself as a worth asset to El Paco. Usually performs basic tasks such as beatings and armed robbery. Members who get this rank are on the probation period. Anyone who for fills the requirements goes straight to Greenhorn.

Requirements:

1. 15 years or older. (Exceptions can be made if necessary but are unlikely)

2. At Least 250 hours or more.

3. At least 1 RPP.

4. Must have a microphone and able to use Discord/Teamspeak/IG Chat

5. Must be self sufficient (Kevlar, Guns, Ammo, Medkits etc) We will not provide you with gear.

6. Must have a steady pace on the keyboard.

7. Must be active on both forums and In game.

8. No more than 5 bans. (Exceptions can be made if necessary.)

9. Don't be salty. It's just a game :D

10. Respect everyone within the clan.
