Summary of the incident
CDM
I previously chased the vehicle, placing a warrant on it due to reckless driving and evasion. While responding to a hostage situation at Villas, I saw the vehicle on the street with matching number plates. I aimed my firearm, standing in front of the vehicle and demanding the driver exits the vehicle.
He protested, asking me why. I continued to ask him to get out of his vehicle, he then drove forward and ran me over before reversing and driving away.
