Im running a windows 10 system. It's licensed and got it when I bought my PC. Ive reset it a couple times but never had any real issues. Today I was going to save a picture from google and when I try to save it, you can save it as different file versions or formats. The usual formats like .png .jpeg doesnt exist for me. The only option that comes up when I click the little box is 'All Files'. That's the only format. I figured I could maybe get some help here considering we got some talented wizards on this community.

just add .png or .jpeg when saving the picture. Has worked for me in the past.

doesnt work, tried this
EDIT: it works, but id still like to fix so i can save to the file types i want without adding suffixes.
