Threw molotovs at my stationary police vehicle on shopping street without any reason.

User claimed to be drunk later on, continuing to throw molotovs at my vehicle and at nearby buildings.

You should not be throwing molotovs at people simply because you find them annoying, your reasoning needs to be better than that. Such as the police officer in question arresting you for corrupt reasons in the past.
