Summary of the incident
'Dings von Milch' took out a pistol and immediately shot me to death in public (in front of AmPm).
After that, he continued to shoot my van, until he was probably out of ammo.

His excuse for the RDM:

(OOC) Dings von Milch: he killed my friend

Which is false. His friend (Torpedomoskau - STEAM_0:0:8512657) jumped in front of my car.
I had my lights on and honked. So I accidently ran him over on the AmPm parking lot.
Also: he saw me coming, but did not move away on purpose but directly went in front of me.
There was no way to avoid collision. It's entirely his own fault, that I ran him over.
I even called a paramedic for him (seen in the beginning of the video)

Later, after I waited for NLR to be over, I saw he stole my car also in public,
picked up his friend and drove off.
I reported it stolen, but don't know what happened any further.

Torpedomoskau broke FearRP and will receive a 12 hour ban.
